Total budget
Managing your entire media budget
As a rule, we manage our clients' entire media budget across online and offline channels. Four points explain what that means in practice.
01
What is included
Planning, deploying and evaluating the budget across all channels: search, AI visibility, advertising, social media, PR, website and content. Which channels are included follows from the media plan.
02
What stays with you
Goals, budget level and approvals. We prepare decisions and implement them. You make them.
03
Book your building blocks
Every service can also be booked on its own or as a building block. Many partnerships start with one channel and grow from there.
04
What can stay in place
An in-house team or an existing provider for a channel is no obstacle. We plan them in as a fixed part of the total budget.
Decision
One agency or several specialists?
As soon as more than two channels need to work together, there is a lot to be said for one partner who keeps an eye on everything. The direct comparison:
One agency
Several specialists
Contact
One contact, one plan, short paths.
You coordinate several providers yourself.
Budget
The budget moves to where it has the most impact across all channels.
Each specialist defends their own channel budget.
Reporting
One report across all channels with one way of counting.
Several reports that each count the same enquiry for themselves.
Brand presence
All channels follow one line and one message.
Every channel sends its own message.
Effort on your side
Less coordination day to day, more time for your core business.
Briefings, alignment and invoices for every provider separately.
Flexibility
Every service can be booked on its own; accounts and data belong to you.
A switch only ever affects one channel; the gaps stay with you.
Getting started
Starting to work together
Getting to know each other
A conversation about goals, previous activities and what isn't working. Afterwards you know whether we are a good fit.
Briefing
You give us a detailed briefing: offering, target groups, budget range, existing providers and access to existing accounts.
Analysis
We look at the current situation: visibility, running campaigns, website and reporting. This shows where budget is being left on the table.
Proposal and launch
You receive a proposal with channels, priorities and effort. Once you approve, we start with what has the fastest impact.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions for the agency
Is there a minimum budget or minimum size?+
No, there is no minimum budget. Black Sheep Agency can be booked for the total budget, as a single building block or purely for consulting. Some services and building blocks only make sense from a certain company size and revenue, though. Which support fits is something we clarify when getting to know each other, based on your briefing and an analysis of the current situation.
Do you only work with certain industries?+
No. Many of our clients come from gastronomy, car retail and companies with several locations, but we do not exclude any industry. Some have their own pages: Gastronomy, Automotive, Franchise, Startups and Corporate groups.
What costs should we expect?+
That depends on three things: how many channels are managed, how much ongoing work each one involves and how large the media budget is. Media budget and fee are two separate items. We give a reliable figure after getting to know each other, the briefing and the analysis. Before that it would be a guess.
How quickly will we see results?+
That depends on the channel. Paid advertising works as soon as it runs. Visibility in search engines and AI systems, press work and brand building take months. That is why we plan fast and long-term channels side by side and state in the proposal when to expect which impact.
What does the name Black Sheep Agency mean?+
The name comes from our work with our clients' black sheep: their digital presence. Back when we were an SEO agency, these were mostly the websites. The name still fits, because it often describes the state in which we take on a project.
